Since the 2000s, Chinese education has begun a new wave, which is the development of special-purpose Chinese Subjects and textbooks. Various Chinese language courses and textbooks were developed, including business Chinese, tourism Chinese, trade Chinese, and aviation Chinese. The development of Subjects and textbooks such as Dual Business Chinese, Tourism Chinese, and Trade Chinese has already been done to some extent, and the number has also reached a considerable level compared to other special-purpose Chinese. There is also a special-purpose Chinese that is aviation Chinese and medical tourism Chinese. Medical tourism Chinese is a hybrid Chinese that combines medical tourism with tourism. However, since the demand is limited and is still in its infancy, there has not been enough training courses and textbooks to conduct research. On the other hand, the demand for aviation Chinese has been increasing steadily due to the increasing number of Chinese visitors and the increasing number of flight related departments. This paper examines the current status of aviation Chinese related Subjectss established in aviation-related departments (including some tourism departments) among domestic universities and the current status of textbook publishing for aviation Chinese. And it Analyzes the format and content of the textbooks published in Korea. Finally, I would like to suggest improvement direction of teaching materials for aviation Chinese. In order to establish a systematic Subjects of aviation Chinese, it is necessary to obtain the help of Chinese language department (or language related department) in the related department, or to develop a linkage majors jointly to establish concrete and systematic Subjects. It opens a Subjects of elementary, intermediate and advanced Chinese according to difficulty level. Furthermore, it opens a detailed Subjects according to ability unit of aviation room service based on National Competency Standards(NCS) You will. The content of Chinese teaching materials should be classified into elementary, intermediate, and advanced level according to the level of difficulty. The amount of each unit should be as short as possible, and the number of new words should be distributed evenly for each unit. In addition, the topic items will also have to be set according to the capacity units of the aviation room service based on National Competency Standards(NCS).
