The developed countries have been creating new values with the cultural and historical heritage to make the urban renaissance and to dispel the economic stagnation in local communities. The cultural and historical heritages are recognized as a factor which is to develop creative potentials in view of the creative city, and creative utilization products beautiful city calls citizen and company. they also contribute urban regeneration again. This recycling is persuading sustainable urban regeneration.
We have to understand the power of cultural heritage become the powerof place, which it becoms the mainspring of development in local community in order to regenerate old urban only when the philosophy and concept on conservation utilization meet contemporary situation and social need. This might be a shortcut to promote roles of cultural heritage in urban regeneration.
